We are delighted to announce that booking is now open for members and for the first time ever, non members to attend the 5th Annual ASAP Conference and Exhibition 2014.

Our well established annual conference, provides a unique opportunity for you to debate key issues for our sector and meet with over 250 ASAP member employee delegates and over 30 Sponsor Partners/exhibitors.

The conference has grown significantly over the years and in order to meet this tremendous demand we have moved to a larger and more prestigious venue at the brand new 155 Bishopsgate. Market leaders and ASAP partners, etc.venues have recently opened this stunning venue which will give the opportunity to showcase 30-40 suppliers.

The day will run from 0830 with the opportunity to visit our exhibitors and to network, followed wed by the full programme of 9 x one hour seminars, further networking opportunities during lunch and coffee/tea breaks, guest speakers and lots more.

The conference will be followed by a very special ASAP Celebration Awards networking dinner, sponsored by ASAP Sponsor Partner SKY Business, being held in the same venue.

This year, our conference theme will be “The guest experience” and we are delighted to announce that Geoff Ramm, the creator of ‘Celebrity Service’ and ‘Observational Marketing’ will be our guest speaker.  He is also the author of OMG (Observational Marketing Greats).  Geoff is a multi-award winning keynote speaker who has inspired audiences around the world including North America, Africa and Asia.

The 9 different seminar sessions will cover subjects such as legislative planning, the Quality Assessment programme, Technology, the guest experience,  the importance of agents, employee engagement,  housekeeping and maintenance and through the eyes of a journalist. The exact content of the individual seminars will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Member Delegates Rate

Early Bird bookings by 5pm October 15th 2014

1-2 places £150.00 + VAT per person

3-4 places £145.00 + VAT per person

5+ places £140.00 + VAT per person

Awards Dinner places £65.00 + VAT per person.

For member delegate bookings made after 5pm on October 10th 2014 member delegate rates will be £185.00 + VAT per person.

NON MEMBER delegate rates

Non Member Day Rate: £450.00 + VAT per person

Non Member Day Conference and Dinner £550.00 + VAT per person when booked together.

Dinner bookings made separate from conference booking will be charged at £105.00 + VAT per person.  Please note, non Members cannot attend the awards dinner only.

 The ASAP is the key industry association dedicated to representing the interests of the serviced apartment sector.  Our 73 members operate over 13,000 serviced apartments across the UK and Ireland. Our well-established annual conference, now in its 5th year, provides a unique opportunity to meet with 250-300 ASAP member employee delegates.

 Individual exhibition space of approximately 2m x 1m including display table (4 ft x 2.5 ft) and 2 chairs.  Pop-up exhibition stand can be displayed behind the table. 2 complimentary places for the full day event including lunch and refreshments Opportunity for 1 representative to take part in seminars (space permitting) Logo and 50 word profile in the Conference programme

EXHIBITOR RATE:   £ 1149 + VAT  (2m x 1m space)

Note: if more space is required, a double stand should be booked.

ASAP SPONSOR PARTNER RATE:     £   899 + VAT  (2m x 1m space)

 Cancellation policy

  1. Full payment must be made on booking and receipt of invoice.
  2. In the event of a delegate cancelling their booking for the 2014 ASAP Conference and Exhibition

* within 8 weeks of the event then 50% of the cost is refundable

* within 4 weeks of the event no refunds are possible
