IDEAL Serviced Apartments, the new consortium of serviced apartment operators, continues to expand.

Following their launch in January of this year, they now represent 456 properties within 72 properties in 30 towns or London districts.

Comments Founder, Richard Majewski: “The growth has been much faster than we expected and we are well on our way to this year’s target of 1000 serviced apartment units. It seems to have caught the imagination and is, I believe, unique in the sector, although a concept with which I have been very familiar in my early years in the hotel sector.”

IDEAL currently represents serviced apartment operators in the UK only, but has received recent enquiries from several operators in mainland Europe.
