February 28th 2013, SilverDoor, Europe’s leading serviced apartment agency has come top 20 in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For survey for the second year in a row. SilverDoor were the only serviced apartment provider to make it into the top 100 and even with a growth of 30% since last year, they still retained their place in the top 20.
The submission process included an extensive employee survey and an organisation questionnaire which all staff members had to fill out. The employee survey measures life/work management, wellbeing and leadership skills to name a few. SilverDoor scored particularly highly in leadership and fair deal, and 90% said that senior management truly live the firm’s values.
