#CityMarque opens its London Vauxhall #ServicedApartments

City Marque are pleased to announce the newest addition to our growing portfolio of serviced apartments. Formerly under the management of Oakwood and then Think the previously named Bondway Residence is to be rebranded under the banner of City Marque Vauxhall Serviced Apartments.

Situated moments from Vauxhall Underground, Mainline and Bus stations the building provides fantastic access whether you need to be South or North of the River Thames which itself is only a few minutes walk from the apartments.

This represents a solid acquisition and one that has all the ingredients we look for in a building with particular focus on space, comfort, location and a way we can enhance an already established product whilst retaining a highly competitive price for our business and leisure guests.

In anticipation of its February 9th re-opening we are currently making some subtle but exciting changes behind the scenes. Of note will be the addition of our first full 24/7 City Marque Meet and Greet service available for all guests long and short. In addition to this the installation of a dedicated high speed fibre optic line will give our guests excellent connectivity across a range of devices that now make up many of our guest’s travel itineraries.

Guests will also benefit from our new breakfast, lunch & dinner room service menus, state of the art key system for flexible access and a particular focus on making sure our bedrooms are of the utmost comfort with brand new luxury orthopedic mattresses, bedding and linen to give everyone who stays in our City Marque Vauxhall Serviced Apartments a great night’s sleep.

With the transformation that is taking place right across Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea we see this as an important strategic addition to our central London portfolio.
