Cheryl Hawksworth is a well known and popular figure in the hospitality industry. Cheryl is passionate about revenue management and is a founder and deputy chair of the HOSPA Revenue Management Committee. Currently working at IDeaS Revenue Solutions, a global leader in revenue management solutions, Cheryl’s expertise, understanding and enthusiasm helps hoteliers worldwide to implement and maintain a strong revenue management culture with a strategic focus on delivering optimum and sustainable revenue performance. Previously, Cheryl has held positions both internationally and domestically in the hotel industry, starting her career in South Africa with Southern Sun Hotels, working in both Intercontinental and Holiday Inn brands. In the UK she has led a large front of house and reservations team at The Tower-a Guoman Hotel and more recently, as head of revenue for Grosvenor House, London. Cheryl’s success comes from her ability to utilise all her revenue management expertise in delivering successful solutions and services to hoteliers, coupled with a deep understanding of technology platforms available on the market today. This hands-on approach to hospitality has ensured Cheryl’s success as a guest speaker at numerous hospitality industry events in the UK and beyond.

Katharina Callaghan, Director, LivingSocial Escapes, UK and Ireland

Katharina Callaghan, armed with 10 years of experience supporting growth within travel businesses, and an extremely well-stamped passport, is responsible for LivingSocial’s travel arm in UK & Ireland. Libby Morris, Group Revenue Manager at Eclectic Hotels

Passionate about pushing the boundaries. At University of Manchester Libby was studying to become a forensic pathologist when she decided that hospitality was her calling; quite a change of career path. Although Libby stands by her view that Revenue Management is a science and a skill that can’t always be taught. It is this challenge that Libby thrives on. Starting at Eclectic Hotels when Great John Street was still a newcomer to Manchester, Eclectic was a little group, which 5 years on may still only be three hotels and one private members bar, however Eclectic is no longer just a small independent; but a model of how small can be big!
