SilverDoor named in ‘Best Companies’ list for 2015

The world’s leading serviced apartment agent, SilverDoor, has been named in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2015.

The London-based company has also been awarded three star accreditation, the highest rating available, which is given to companies with ‘extraordinary’ levels of engagement.

The announcement of the award coincided with SilverDoor’s 15^th birthday, giving the company and its employees all the more reason to celebrate.

SilverDoor Managing Director, Marcus Angell explained: “It was a shame that we couldn’t be there on the night but we kept an eye on proceedings at the Best Companies awards ceremony and to share the news with everyone in the serviced apartment industry at our 15^th birthday was fantastic.

“We’re delighted that we’ve been recognised again as one of the best companies to work for. I’m especially pleased as this is one of the few awards that are based on our own employees’ opinions. They’re the most important asset we have and to know that they rate the company so highly makes me extremely proud.”

The feedback from the Best Companies survey indicated that 94% of SilverDoor employees have a lot of fun together and 92% recognised Marcus as a faith-inspiring Managing Director.

SilverDoor placed in the top 100 in both 2012 and 2013 and, after a taking a sabbatical from the awards in 2014, are delighted to see their employees still rate them as one of the best companies to work for.
