The Lawrance in York has opened and offers a collection of beautifully crafted one, two and three bedroom apartments located at 74 Micklegate, which is just inside the city walls and a stone’s throw from the railway station and city centre.

The 14 apartments are arranged around a central courtyard and are equipped with the latest HD TVs with internet connectivity, DVD players, IPod docks, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryers, iron and ironing boards and parking. The apartments have been beautifully designed and combine an interesting blend of styles, reflecting the site’s industrial heritage.

The Lawrance, 74 Micklegate also features an uber-contemporary coffee shop serving both guests and public alike, initially 6 days a week.
